Delivery is free on every order. We deliver to UK addresses only.
When your order is sent
Orders are usually despatched the same day. Each crystal is personalised just for you, using the photo and text you choose.
Your delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@3dcrystals.co.uk straight away with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged
Please check your order when it arrives. If it has been damaged in transit, email us at info@3dcrystals.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged item; and
- photos of the packaging.
We will then sort it out with you. This does not affect your legal rights. See our Refund Policy for more details.
