Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on our website, www.3dcrystals.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

3D Crystals is a trading name of TUTTO PRINT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12506789. Our registered office is at Tutto Print, 49 Palace Gardens, Enfield, England, EN2 6SN.

We are an online shop only. You can contact us by email at info@3dcrystals.co.uk.

Our products

We sell personalised 3D photo crystals, laser-engraved with the photo you upload, and a light base to display them on. Each crystal is made to your specification, using the photo, options and text you choose.

How to order

  1. Choose a product and open the designer on the product page.
  2. Upload your photo. We accept JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP files up to 12MB.
  3. Your photo’s background is removed automatically. If you want to keep the original background, you can choose this for £5 extra.
  4. If you wish, add up to 2 lines of text (£5 per line) and a free gift note.
  5. Check the preview carefully, add the item to your basket and pay by card at checkout.

Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or your photo or text breaks these terms. If we cancel, we refund what you paid in full.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT.
  • Delivery to UK addresses is free.
  • The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any extras you choose.
  • Payment is taken by card when you place your order. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Your photo and text

  • You are responsible for what you upload. Please check your photo, spelling, names, dates and any other text carefully before you order. We engrave the design you approve.
  • You must have the right to use your photo. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you took it yourself or have permission to use it, and that it does not break anyone else’s rights or the law.
  • We may refuse content that we consider offensive or unlawful. If we do, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • We only use your photo to make your order. See our Privacy Policy for how we store it and for how long.

The preview and the finished crystal

  • Your photo is laser-engraved inside the crystal in greyscale (shades of grey), not in colour.
  • The preview on screen is a guide to how your crystal will look. Screens vary, and an engraving inside glass looks different from a picture on a screen, so small differences between the preview and the finished crystal are normal and do not make it faulty.
  • The result depends on the photo you upload, so please choose a clear photo.

Delivery

  • We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free.
  • Orders are usually despatched the same day.
  • Please check that your delivery address is correct before you pay.
  • Please check your order when it arrives. If it has been damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the damage and the packaging. This helps us sort it out quickly. It does not limit your legal rights if the item is faulty.

Cancelling an order

  • Every crystal is personalised to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are not covered by the usual 14-day right to cancel, so we cannot accept returns of a correct, undamaged crystal because you have changed your mind.
  • If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. As orders are usually despatched the same day, please contact us straight away. If we have not yet started making your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
  • Items that are not personalised, such as a light base, can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
  • None of this affects your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your crystal is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered (for example the wrong product, the wrong size, or not the photo or text you approved), email us at info@3dcrystals.co.uk with your order number and photos of the problem. We will replace it or refund you, as the law requires. Our Refund Policy explains this in more detail.

We are not responsible for mistakes that were already in the photo or text you uploaded and approved.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. For more information, contact Citizens Advice.

Our liability

  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
  • If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • If you buy for business purposes, our total liability for an order is limited to the price of that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

We use your details to process your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you place it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
